About “Dodge This”: “My work celebrates heroic women, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t paint one of the most badass film characters ever portrayed: Trinity from “The Matrix” series of films. While working on this piece, a patron arranged for actor/activist Carrie-Anne Moss to meet me and autograph the painting. All artist proceeds from this piece will benefit One Heart World Wide, whose mission is to end all preventable deaths related to pregnancy and childbirth globally.
