Hidden Garden

Dense fields of tufted yarn spread across the surface like a coral reef caught between growth and stillness, deep red branches reaching upward through a cream ground, met by soft coral-pink fronds and a dark navy cluster nestled at their base. Cream-toned floral forms with dark centers punctuate the right side, echoing the reef's structure while shifting the piece from marine to botanical register.

Senra builds her surfaces the way a reef builds itself, in accumulation, texture over time, color layered against color until pattern emerges from repetition. Coral holds that tension between organic and ornamental, its forms reading equally as undersea growth and as textile pattern, structure and softness bound together in a single dense surface.
