Teslar

An organic, topographic form spreads across the wall in cream, its irregular silhouette pooling into deep cavities of black, cobalt blue, and a single rose-pink hollow. The shapes read like aerial views of terrain, lakes and craters cut into a raised, contoured landmass, each pool a different depth and temperature within the same body. Long cotton fringe hangs from the lower edge, falling unevenly like runoff or roots reaching down from the form above.

Teslar trades the architectural vocabulary of Senra's arch-and-block works for something closer to landscape, or even geology, mapping color as elevation and depth rather than containment. The fringe unsettles the piece further, pulling it off the wall and into the room, so the work hangs somewhere between tapestry, relief map, and living form.
