Haleh Mashian’s Latest Exhibition at Mash Gallery Visual-0 Captures the Expression of the Divine

People gather from the front door of the gallery to the end of the street, a live DJ sets the mood with cool and upbeat music, and a synergy of color surrounds the room. This was the experience of MASH Gallery’s latest exhibition, Visual-O. A Los Angeles summer exhibition organized by HalehMashian, MASH Gallery founder, brought art enthusiasts together to experience this “Visual Orgasm.”
The concept of the Visual-O exhibit begins with Mashian’s definition of orgasm being that “It starts with the physical and becomes an expression of the divine.” Mashian’s signature in art is her abstract representations of color theory, compositional form, and the use of positive and negative space. With these skills, the Visual O experience was crafted into a perfect use of opposites in movement and vibrance.
Apart from Mashian’s talents, other brilliant artists such as Andy Moses, Chase Langford, Kenny Nguyen, Lisa Beth Older, Lisa Schulte, Robert Standish, Michelle Benoit, and John Monn were featured. The works together created an experience that displayed each artist’s perception and interpretation of the theme: Visual O.
